VinUni Community Donates 1,000 EZMeal Vouchers to Support VinUni Students

Dear parents, students, and our beloved community,

Every VinUni student is a remarkable talent with dreams, aspirations, and the determination to strive for excellence. Yet, despite their best efforts, some students face financial challenges that may interrupt their studies or even force them to put their future on hold.

With the hope of standing by these young talents, VinUni Community Board of Directors (BOD) has launched the Student Cares Fund, calling for the collective support of our community to ensure that no student is left behind due to hardship.

However, during the fund operation, our school also introduced the Giving to VinUni Fund, which includes a broader range of support initiatives, from essential living needs to global learning opportunities.

Recognizing that both funds share the same mission, our BOD has decided to close Student Cares to consolidate all contributions into a unified funding source with our school. This will ensure efficient resource coordination and a smooth donation process moving forward.

The BOD would like to publicly share the financial summary of the Student Cares Fund as follows:

• Total amount received: 45,000,000 VND (from three parents within our BOD)
• Total amount disbursed: 5,000,000 VND (supported one student in purchasing a laptop through the Financial Aid Office – FAO)
• Remaining balance: 40,000,000 VND

The BOD has decided to donate the remaining 40 million VND to provide 1,000 EZMeal lunch vouchers, distributed via FAO to students with financial need in alignment with the fund’s original purpose.

VinUni Community extends our heartfelt gratitude to the parents who have accompanied the Student Cares Fund throughout its operation. Your generosity not only provides timely support to our students but also reflects the deep compassion of our community, standing together with the VinUni in nurturing Vietnam’s future changemakers.
