[GRADUATION 2025] Graduation Cocktail with Parent 2025
On the evening of June 27, 2025, the VinUni Community proudly hosted the annual Parents’ Cocktail Party 2025 – a special occasion to express our heartfelt gratitude to the parents and educators who have walked alongside our students with quiet resilience, unwavering support, and enduring care throughout their university journey.
Held in an intimate and elegant setting on campus, the event welcomed nearly 90 guests, including parents, students, and faculty, to reflect together on four transformative years of effort, growth, and change. More than a celebration, it was a moment of connection between the two most influential learning environments in a student’s life: family and university.
In their opening remarks, David Bangsberg – President of VinUni, Mr. Giap Van Duong – Chairman of VinUni Community, and the leaders of VinUni Community extended sincere thanks to the parents for their trust and continued partnership.
The evening was further enriched by the heartfelt reflections of Professor Billy, who had accompanied Cohort 2 through all four years. His words brought warmth and perspective to the graduating class’s journey of becoming.
One of the event’s most meaningful highlights was the Recognition Ceremony and the Presentation of the VinUni Parent Ambassador Pins, honoring outstanding parents for their proactive engagement, contributions, and spirit of collaboration. The inspiring stories shared by these ambassadors offered new, deeply human perspectives on parenthood in the context of university life.
The celebration concluded with a warm cocktail reception, where parents, faculty, and university leaders gathered to converse, connect, and strengthen the sense of community – one of the core pillars of VinUni’s educational philosophy.
The VinUni Community sincerely thanks all parents for their presence and support. We believe that the close partnership between family and university is an essential catalyst that empowers every student not only to succeed academically, but to grow into a confident, compassionate global citizen.
Warm regards,
VinUni Community
